Review summary

I was on the Liberty this past week and the cruise it's self was wonderful but the ship was freezing everywhere. There was a free concert and I couldn't even stay more than 4 songs because I was too cold to stay in the theater. I was not the only one that was suffering, everyone was walking around with blankets or in bath robes. The dinning rooms, theater, casino and comedy club were too cold to be comfortable. My room was so cold I had to request my heater be repaired, and was told I don't have a heater and that they would turn off my AC. I plan on scheduling another cruise for next year but I don't want to be on the liberty again because being so cold made me has less than a good time.

I did want to say though that our room steward was fantastic and she deserves Kudos for going beyond for us. The food and staff in the Steakhouse are amazing and it's the only food I ever take photos off.

The cabin was nice but very cold, the room steward was amazing, she made a towel animal for my son that he requested. She wasn't sure how to make it but looked it up and made it for him. He loved it and made me take a lot of photos of it.

Ship tip

Bring very warm clothes because you are gonna need them.
