Review summary

Service was excellent. Food had less desirable options/ smaller portions. We will never understand why they have to have adult shows for the comedians. They are funny enough and it doesn't make them any funnier to add vulgarity. I'd like to hear them do an adult show without the language and see how everyone else responds.. Due to the nasty language, we opted to only go to one adult show and his first two sentences were laced with FUC??? TOO BAD!!!

All but the last night with the cruisers entertaining with the live Band. I know the participants were nervous, but several were absolutely terrible and there were better singers that could have done so much better. I don't know how they chose the participants.

The O2 club appears to have been the old camp carnival room as all of the designs and decorations were not suitable for these teenagers. A lot of complaints about the activities from the kids.

Very good overall except for dining room when the waiters would not take our order first as we always were there before the next table with the same amount of people. (same waiter) and they would always be served first and be gone from the dining room while we waited nearly an hour for our main course on the 6th night. The last night we told them we knew what we wanted and were ready to order as they handed out menus. This seemed to stump them a bit, but this was the only way we got prompt service ahead of the late arriving table next to us.

Ship Quality

We didn't appreciate pictures or kids clubs being so close to the casino along the promenade deck with all of the smoking allowed. Not a good idea.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had three room and the kids rooms were bigger than ours and ours cost more.They had port holes and we didn't. What's up with that????
