Relaxing, sunny, stress free week! Just what we needed. We love leaving from Baltimore, as it is so easy. The ship needs some love and attention. The staff and crew are wonderful. We continue to cruise because of them.

The parking lot and getting into a spot was very stressful. 5 lanes trying to go into 2 was terrible planning.
The security employees, at the port, not from carnival were horrible. They asked me to take off my jewelry, which was not going to happen. Then they asked if I was pregnant. Which I am not.

Many choices, which is great! I would like to see the Asian option with longer hours.
The seafood shack has changed, and the quality has gone down, and prices up. I don’t mind paying the prices as long as the quality is good. If this cannot be met, perhaps there needs to be a change.

Did not really do much but relax on serenity, go to the spa and watch the shows.

The ship needs another facelift. It is really showing her age. The floors in the main areas were terrible. Cracks and terrible repair work was ‘done’. Things were clean. But overall this ship needs some love.

Bring magnets to use on all of the room walls and bathroom.
So easy! No stress! Out of our room and I’m out car within 15 minutes! The best disembarkation is at this port! And maybe even the ship. This is one of the biggest reasons we continue to leave from Baltimore. Despite the ship size, and lack of newness.
