Review summary

Great cruise. 2 port changes due to the hurricane, but honestly I would take Bimini any day. I love Bimini!

Embarkation

We had the 12 PM boarding time, and they opened the terminal a few minutes before noon. After going through security and document check, we had our Welcome Aboard picture taken were literally on the Lido Deck by 12:20 PM. Amazingly smooth and efficient.

We enjoyed everything we had this week. There were occasionally things we tried that were not to our liking, but it wasn't because it wasn't good... Simply not what we liked. Most everything was great!

Plenty to do and a wide variety of things. There is something for everyone.

Guest Services / Shore Excursions

I'm really not sure how the Guest Services employees keep their cool. We were sitting in the lobby and it seemed everyone was just complaining about the smallest thing... And complaining loudly, as of they wanted everyone to hear. We waited through the line just to tell them we appreciate everything they do and tell them thanks.

Dining Room staff Aquino and Bhiku were amazing. We had them 6 of the nights in Your Time Dining. After one night, they knew our names and our food preferences. Room Steward Bagus was super. Room was always clean and he always made sure we had everything we needed.

Ship tip

The ship is smaller and does not have all of the venues of the larger ship, but I feel the staff gets to know you so much better. Way more relaxing than the large ships and you feel so much closer to the staff.
