Review summary
My wife and I have been on this ship twice previously, the last in April'13 crossing the Atlantic. There won't be a fourth. This is why. On the way to our cabin a big Slavic sounding/appearing male moving luggage got into a verbal altercation with another staff person moving their carts around a corner. We requested a single table but were assigned to a rectangular-shaped table for 10. Food sevice was consistently slow, prohibiting our attendance at the 7:00 pm show. After twice returning soup and entrees for being cold I finally gave up and left them. We ordered a simple breakfast for two in our cabin and received multiple creamers and four table settings - with luke-warm coffee. It took three days to have the glasses replaced in the cabin. The first night's show was very good; the portions of the others we took in were stale. The sales people. photos and jewelry, on the way to dinner every night were almost as aggressive as the Mexicans on shore. When we disembarked, our luggage was misplaced. As 70 year olds, we weren't up to fighting with hordes of others similarly searching. The ship was clean, staff pleasant and ports enjoyable. The problems were too much.
