Our particular wait staff and stewards were phenomenal! During breakfast and lunch other wait staff were slow, lazy and food most often cold in Truffles Dining Rm---again from exceptional to poor. Would have liked more dance lessons

Our room had terrible view of sm boats and smells from macinery

Pros: Our Stewards, Our dinner Wait Staff, the price, trout lunch, lobster dinner, the opportunity to dance with live music

Cons: Our room's view, smoking allowed in Satchmo's Bar where there was dancing for my age group (also sometimes too late, ie after 11 pm), sloppiness of staff re 1) times for exercise classes, 2) not very competent instructors, 3) sloppiness of staff in allowing toddlers, sm children on Stachmo da
