Review summary

The cruise itself was good with some exceptions, despite receiving a 1:00pm check in to board the ship, we waitied for over 3.5 hours in the rain. When asked , the staff said that check in times meant nothing really! Very disappointed!  I had been On this ship, 2  years ago and the very same shows were being performed, it made the evening entertainment very dull!  The food was ok, but NOT the same quality as 2 years ago!  I had to pay $20.00 for a Lobster Tail!  While it was good, it's always been included in the cost!  All in all! I think I'm going have to return to Royal Caribbean Lines!

Like our room steward but as in previous cruises, did not meet him until the following day! Usually greeted at the door upon arrival!

Ship tip

If you've been on this ship before do not go! No change of entertainment!

it is true that boarding time has little to do with the crew. Customs/Health Inspection, etc are in control.

Lobster is still included on cruises 6 days or longer.

I don't understand. You seem disappointed but yet you gave it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
