5 Night Western Caribbean (Tampa Roundtrip)
Sail Date: April 25, 2009
Ship: Carnival Inspiration
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 8 years ago
We were supposed to stop at Cozumel Mexico. The ship did not stop there, we did not get to stop at a replacement port either. They turned off the engines to save money and we floated for two days in the ocean. They did not refund us any money for not stopping at the main port on the cruise. They did not even offer us a free drink to make it up to us. I would not sail them again if they gave me the cruise for free.

They added activities to the day that we did not stop in mexico but were supposed to. They were awful. Bingo, trivia, a movie.

Carnival decided we were not stopping at Cozumel. We did not get a chance to stop at any other port. The can do this at will and not refund your money.

Pros: The food was OK

Cons: Carnval is cheap and not customer friendly

Recommends Carnival Inspiration? No.
