Had great experience with service staff. In particular a gal named Orsi Papp went out of her way by sending email & phone calls to help me with a problem I had with accidentally leaving my car keys in the bin at security check in main terminal. After she located my keys she followed up with a message on room phone and she had personal note delivered to my cabin. All of which my group thought was above & beyond so thanks very much Orsi.

there was always staff that was cleaning daily so ship was very clean

Cabin was just what I expected. Very clean & very adequate as I didn't go on cruise to sit in cabin

Ship tip

Seems pretty simple. Just get there at your boarding time & they take care of everything from there on.

Probably toughest part of trip as it takes a while to disembark 2000 people safely. However if you have patience & understand it will take a while to get off it is just part of the experience
