Review summary

The Carnival Horizon provided a fun, relaxing and entertaining experience. The Ocean Suite(OS) is definitely worth it if you can get a deal. I absolutely loved Half Moon Cay private island. The water is crystal clear blue and you can’t help but chill and relax.

We realized that there was no priority boarding but since you had to arrive during your assigned boarding time I did not expect to see a line a half mile long outside the terminal.

The food was excellent and there was a variety to try. I like that the main dining room meals at breakfast, brunch and dinner had a new items to try. Bonsai prices are cheap but portions are big so be careful of over ordering like we did. Same goes for JiJi Asian. If they have a Specialty restaurant deal (like 3 for $38) I would recommend you purchase it because the food is fantastic.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was better than I imagined. The bathroom was spacious and included a deep jetted tub. The room had more space than needed and included a indented double closet opposite the bathroom. The cabin was located forward and was in perfect area to get to everything quickly without traffic. I would highly recommend this cabin.
