Review summary

The ship is great. So nice to be cruising again. The Horizon was kept very clean. Staff is great so friendly. We just love cruising and have 4 more booked.

Main Dining room Early seating was very good. Staff was good. Food was good. JiJi Asian was also very good. Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining all our options

Onboard Activities

Didn't do much of the activities. Sunbathed some. It was not to crowded which was also nice.

Entertainment

The shows was great. Singers and dancers were excellent. Especially Celestrial Strings on the last night.

The service was great. Everyone is so happy to be back working. They are all so friendly and helpful.

The ship was kept very clean. Even though it is always clean the went above and beyond to clean even more. Always saw someone cleaning and wiping down all the surfaces.

Cabin / Stateroom

This was our 1st suite and we enjoyed it so much. The size was great we had plenty of room to roam around never getting in each others way. The bathroom had a double sink and a jetted tub/shower combo plenty of room to shower. The bed was so comfortable and even the pillows weren't bad slept great. Our Steward kept the room very clean.

Ship tip

It takes a little while to get used to the elevators. You can't just get into any elevator because there are no buttons inside, you have to enter the floor before you get in and it tells you which elevator to use.

Disembarkation

we do the self assist and carry our own bag off the ship. It was very smooth. Going through customs is great they now use Facial Recognition which is a breeze. I say we were off the ship in less than 15 minutes.
