Review summary

This was the 1st time we were able to get away in 19 years of marriage alone without our children. We had a fabulous time. Outside of a few of the staff members, majority of them were AMAZING!!! Michael, our room steward was very attentive and caring. Loved him!

The food was amazing! However, the 24 hour drink stations would close around 8pm? I purchased the $60 package to specialty restaurants and when tried to use it at the Bonsai was told I couldn''t use it there. When I made the reservation I told the lady I had the package voucher. She never told me it wasn''t available at this location. When confronted the manager she just said sorry but thank you for dining with us.

They closed the main pool 2 days during our voyage. An entire ship trying to use the tide pool was kinda crazy.

Most of the staff was amazing outside of one person. My husband and i went to one of the shows. He is handicap. We arrived early to be sure to get him in handicap seating. Right as the show began, an employee came up and asked us to move because the person behind us couldn''t see. We felt humiliated so we left and didn''t see the show. Didn''t go to any other shows the rest of the trip for fear of same thing happening.

Loved the room. Our balcony door however had a gasket come out and they had to fix it 4 times. Then it got to the point we couldn''t use the balcony door at all. Kinda pointless.

Eat at Guys burgers, it is life changing.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise! However, like others have mentioned, you say something is amazing and then give it one star! That seems counterproductive! Sorry about the situation for the show. Since you were there first it seems to me that the other folks should have moved. Thanks for sharing your experience! We sail on her in October!🛳😎

Is the sail date incorrect? It says July 21st 2021…which is actually TODAY….so I don’t see how that can right. Maybe 2020? No, that’s impossible too!
