The room was comfortable and kept well by our room steward, who was so kind and welcoming! The problem was that someone nearby smoked A LOT of weed and almost every morning (as a wake up call to our noses) and early evening (as we got ready for dinner) our room smelled like a whole bowl of weed was being blown directly into our vents. We called several times and security came to our room once. We were basically told they would put letters on the rooms near us telling people not to smoke and that’s all they could do. One morning it was bad enough to give me a migraine and they “disinfected the stateroom” that day to help but it was still an issue when the mystery smokers lit up for their afternoon festivities. The odor was an issue for me not only because it smelled and gave me a headache, but I also had kids (ages 2-12) who were consistently being exposed to the fumes as well. I was hoping guest services would take the complaints more seriously than they did.

They released waaaay to many guests at the same time and it created chaos in the luggage and customs lines. More staggering was definitely needed.

Always guests that only think of themselves. This is a tragedy , Carnival should step up and own this.
