Review summary

This was my wife and I's second cruise. Because of my work schedule we ended up thanking a cruise over a holiday week. I feel that the ship was just overloaded. First night our dinner reservation had us seated at a booth with another couple that we didn't know. While I don't mind sharing a table,a booth is far too personal of a space to share. We tried to request another seating arrangement. We then got told they over booked early dining. So we had to switch to late. There were several other couple with seating issues the first night. We chalked it up to first night hiccups. The second day we were in Port, which is where the trouble continued. Communication was so poor for priority debarkation. As it was for the rest of the trip. Getting off always took a very long time and was managed very poorly. The other issue was children. They ran late night programs for them... Then they would go running and screaming down the hall. The ship was not all bad though. Are room service was awesome. All the staff was super friendly. The photoshoot drops we're great. The steakhouse, I can't say enough, please go, and get the table art for desert.

If you travel when school is out you will be faced with an overload of children it’s just that simple. You can travel when school is in session or opt for Celebrity or Holland America which tends to have far less children since it’s geared towards an older crowd.
