We had a great time on this trip to New England and Canada. We have cruised with carnival several times ( Gold Card ) and always had a good time. but we had an experience that made it a little disappointing We went to the dining room to have brunch on the monday of our cruise and one of the hostesses gave us a very rude experience. Her name is ivon and i ask her if she was having a  problem sitting us cause it was taking her so long doing so. She cocked her head to her left side and said HUH to me in a very rude way. if this is the way carnival trains their people to deal with passengers, i will not be recommending this company to anyone anymore.
