Review summary
The embarkation and disembarkation (using \"Self Assist\") was seem-less. The wait staff and cabin stewards were very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent in the dining room and buffet. Lots of variety. Entertainment was pitiful. The ship was dirty in the common areas---especially the windows. Couldn't even see out of most---esp. our balcony rail glass. There were lots of bars and this cruise was definitely for the younger drinking crowd who enjoyed vulgar comedians. No such thing as \"family friendly\" entertainment. The buffet food was good except there were long lines and most times we just gave up waiting for the specialty food (deli, burritos, etc.). Room service was very good but usually later than promised. The cabin was very small for 3 adults. The gym was very nice as well as the steam room and sauna. There were few free amenities and a \"step-down\" from RCCL and HAL. We won't book another Carnival again.Ship experiences
