Review summary

The trip was wonderful, except for the stateroom. We were planning to upgrade, when we completed the registration on line, and received our boarding pass, we thought Vacation Outlet had upgraded our stateroom. We were on deck 8 / verandah, assuming we had a window, or a little deck off our room, needless to say, I never called to upgrade. This, of course, was not the case. I immediately called guest services, when we got to our stateroom, and asked if we could upgrade, and was told all the rooms were booked, unless there were "No Shows". I was told I would receive a call after the ship left port. All the passengers had arrived, and there were no rooms available. It may be a good idea to rename the Deck 8 Very disappointed. Boarding pass put us on Deck 8 / verandah. Assumed we were upgraded to a room with a window, or balcony off the room. This was our 1st cruise

Pros: The Crew were very pleasant / Food Choices /

Cons: Stateroom had no window
