Skymile Cruises are horrible in customer

When you make your final payment they automatically check that you will take the Insurance and put a check in the box, and you must uncheck it, or you are charged! Its completely unacceptable and a total scam being executed on their customers!!!!
We haven't even started our cruise and we have waited in cues for over half an hour and longer on the phone, not had return info on questions of misc charges, and had to do our own search to see exactly where our cruise boat leaves from. If this is the way Delta show first time customers how to go on a cruise, I am the boat cruise industry will be no better than the airline industry in short order!
Cons: Their information is poor and you can spend 30 to 50 minutes on phone ques trying to get things corrected!
