It was okay. I will probably try a different cruise line in the future. I'd pay for better amenities and food. That said, the service and servers were excellent.

Excellent service. Gerald from the Endless Pool bar was especially helpful, friendly, engaging and attentive. Absolutely superb service. 10/10 Also, Michael from the java bar on the Lido deck (day shift) and the Chic restaurant (evening) provided excellent service and was very attentive. 10/10

I wish there were more outlets The showers had serious trouble draining and flooded the bathroom Remote control for television was intermittent. Other than that, great rooms.

DR is an unusual port. We were on Celebrity Reflection and enjoyed the privae are. The ship companyies built a small town of shops, food, huge pool, band, Lazy River. We didnt know what to do but this was free and close and enjoyed it. The other couple in our group took an expensive tour which was terrible. The chocolate factory tour was "out of chocolate "! Too dangerous to get off at one site. Went elsewhere which was poor....basically drove around without AC all day seeing very little. Someone told me later back at home, DR infrastructure is not ready for cruises. Its too dangerous in Some areas also. The ships stopping in South of DR are better sites. But Northern DR not built up yet. Just like Haiti is not...Labadee Haiti ship port is in north part of island. But South Haiti is completely dangerous. I would never even go to Labadee.
