Be sure to check your luggage, cause I didn't know the proper procedure for reporting . My luggage was damaged.

A bit slow,cause some were not able to acces to access the ship portal. Some are not computer savvy, especially the elderly. I couldn't event get the ship WI-FI. NOT GOOD!!
