Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The service in all areas was great, however, the food could have been better. The last two days, the food was much better.

There was a good variety of activity, I especially liked the musicals and pool activities

The musicals and dj was very good

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Every staff member was amazing, especially our room attendant, Baby.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
I was disappointed that the decorations I ordered were not assembled when I arrived. Someone later came and handed them to me (still in the package). However, when I complained to the service desk, they were installed the next day. Still very disappointing. I had requested that my bed be made into two twin bed, that didn't happen. When I complained about it, my room attendant came in and converted the sofa into a bunk beds. Not the best setup for two adults, however, we made due with it. But still very disappointed. Baby, our room attendant made sure that our room was very clean all the time.

Ship tip

Don't expect for it to be as big as other vessel; however, there is still plenty to do.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Disembarkation was a little rough. I didn't appreciate that only a few elevator were available. We ended up carrying our luggage down the stairs. Not the best situation for someone like me who has had back surgery. But we made it.

Put your luggage out in the hall the night before debarking if you can’t handle it.

You didn't have to carry your own luggage off. If you have back issues, you should've set your bags out the night before for the attendant to take down.
