Review summary

It was our first cruise may our last, carnival needs to step back and look at them self, herd from a lot of people who have the same opinion as me.

No signage as to were to park our to which terminal to go to , had to pay way to much to park our car (110.00) to park a quarter of a mile away from terminal.

No information on what was going on other than bunch of stuff said on entcom that you couldn't understand.

Didn't know about entertainment, as there was nothing in state room telling us aboute it and cruse director you could not understand.

Great , didn't expect it to as big as it was. Window was dirty on outside which may it hard to take pictures out of.

Sorry you had trouble but if you check ahead with parking just about all parking lots you can get a discount, as far as finding out about what it going on every day on the ship you need to get on Carnival hub it will tell you about everything going on

Port issues are beyond the control of the cruise lines as they have little to no control. Contact the Port Authority regarding lack of signage and direction. Daily activities are posted in the Carnival Hub app and updated throughout the day should they change, and had you asked someone on the ship, you could have had a Carnival Fun Times delivered to your room daily. And from my experience, the people who agree with your negativity typically do so to shut you up because they don’t want to be bothered with that drama during their vacation. The issues you experienced will occur on each cruise line as they are not line specific.
