Review summary

We left an item in our safe worth over $60k. The customer care team basically told us we had to wait up to 30days for a response and "if" they found it we would be contacted. An item of this values or any value if a passenger felt it was significant enough to put in a safe should be prioritize by the staff.

The cruise Director Andy was Amazing. Spice was entertaining. The comedians were terrible.

The waiters in the Punch dining room were very friendly and courteous. Frank, our room steward was helpful and available. However the customer care was the worst. I asked about Veterans services and guess services was not aware of any. We left an item in our safe and you cant even reach a real person to discuss the issue. You have to complete a form online and basically wait 30days for it to actually be stolen before you get a response.
