We watched 1980's shows, made towel animals, lots of trivia and bingo. The bands were right up our alley

All of the staff that we had contact with remembered our names, they always smiled and made sure that we were having a good time

The cleanliness was over the top everywhere we went. The ship layout made it a bit difficult to navigate from forward to Aft. We hade to go up or down decks to travel forward to aft.

We felt very comfortable in our room. Loved the view and size. Our staff was always close by and cleaning

Ship tip

Try all of the entertainment. Even if it doesn't sound like it is for you, you will be surprised. If James Love is the Director, you are guaranteed to have a blast

Glad you had fun! If you like beaches or possibly free styling yourself in port, try St Maarten, Grand Turk or Cozumel. Carnival usually has great, and free beaches at many ports as you start getting hooked on cruising!

I’m glad you enjoyed a wonderful first cruise. We also enjoyed our October cruise on the Freedom. Half Moon Cay is our favorite place and Grand Turk is another one of our favorites we also enjoyed our first trip to Amber Cove in May. You can get a lot of port information on this website and view YouTube videos to get a feel for the ports and ships. Thank you for sharing your review.
