Stewart kept what he could clean. Sewage smell most of the cruise - last night out sewage filled up shower and bathroom for.

Grand Turk Island

Have stayed in T&C Prov. Before and fell in love with the island and it’s people. Grand Turk looks like it’s been carpet boned by a B52! Total destruction everywhere. Took the full island tour to the light house and Historical downtown. Most interesting thing about lighthouse was the wild donkey and two horses- no one got off truck! Historical Downtown turned out to be 2 stop sighs. It’s hard to even think about making something like this up!

We thoroughly enjoyed our October cruise on the Carnival Freedom. Our itinerary for Grand Turk was changed to Bimini due to ongoing repairs and recovery from hurricane Ian. We have been to Grand Turk before their hurricane damage and it is one of our favorite ports. I hope they are able to recover and repair and we look forward to enjoying another visit there in the future. I hope your next cruise will be enjoyable for you. 😎

Was just on here in September. You smelled sewage a little in the hallways but not in your cabin. The smell wasn't overwhelming or constant. I enjoyed my cruise on the Freedom.

that sewage smell happens in every cruise line. it's thanks to people flushing items that shouldn't be flushed. we smelled it on ncl and rcl

I'm surprised the complaints I've seen about the sewage smell are on the upper decks, not on deck 1, which I assume is closer to the sewage plant.

Thanks for the review. Based on the number of reports of sewage smells from multiple Carnival ships recently, I am guessing they have changed the chemicals or process used to treat the sewage for cost savings and / or environmental reasons. The best options in Grand Turk are snorkeling / diving, Margaritaville, Jack’s Shack or just relaxing at the free beach.

You got to be kidding, on this review. Wow. We love the freedom even when the funneled caught fire. Been on her 3 times. All excellent cruises
