Review summary

Overall it was A nice relaxing little getaway for me and my husband. Our rumor attendant GUSTI was AWESOME and so friendly. Best part of our trip. Also the PLAYLIST show was awesome. The cast was phenomenal, I'm sure I will see them on the big screen in the near future. I forgot all of their names but one of the girls has such a powerful voice. If you go to the show you will immediately know who I am referring too. The buffet... MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT: The omlette line and the Mongolian Wok line is AWFUL. 2 cooks, sometimes 1 cook for over 1500 people is assisnine. It was the most frustrating situation I've ever experienced. The Sushi is good but there is a fee, the seafood was good but there is a fee, and the steakhouse was very nice but there is a fee. Smh... Larry at the bar on the 3rd floor is THE MAN!!!!! Ask for him. All of the staff was very very very nice and accommodating but overall the experience was just not what we are use too. And to buy a liquor package but only allowed 15 drinks a day is annoying.

Excellent selection of excursions but book early, they sell fast. We went to the Bachata Day Resort because it was the only thing left. Waste of money. Beach was rough and rocks THROUGHOUT the water. The chaperones were FANTASTIC THOUGH! ANNA AND ALEXANDRA. If in your budget, book the on the water cabanas.

Grand Turk Island

Again, book ahead of time for your excursions. There is a free beach with chairs and shade chairs but GET OFF BOAT EARLY TO GET ONE. Next door is Margartiaville which was packedddddd but seemed like they were having fun. There are jet ski rentals that are not on the Carnival excursion list, just ask one of the locals where to get them.

WAS NOT ADVISED TO LEAVE OUR BAGS OUTSIDE THE DOOR the night before so we had to carry them down 3 flights of stairs and a elevator and a escalator. No bag tags they sure made sure to charge automatic tip to your card. Make sure you check your daily summary EVERY single day on the carnival app.

I hope your next cruise is more enjoyable for you. We have not been on a RC cruise in a while but we have thoroughly enjoyed all of our mix of 8 cruises. We do plan to cruise on RC again since we have not been back to CoCo Cay since all of the changes.
