Sadly, not what I had hoped it would be. I plan to try a difference cruise line to see how they handle guest with disabilities.

Food and Dining

Mediocre at best, there were repeat dishes on a 5 night cruise in the buffet, the main dining room was a little better; however the portion were a little small.
Onboard Activities

The comedian Billy was terrible, went to several of his shows only to have him repeat the same lame jokes. The Love & Marriage show was fun as usual, along with the "Deal" show. However the buy-in for some of the game shows i.e. Bingo was a bit pricey. No one likes to be nickled and dimed to death,
Entertainment

Unfortunately, it seems that the performers all sing the same limited group of songs from ship to ship i,e. the highly popular 80s songs. This doesn't make sense when there are literally thousands of songs to be song from any era. They would also do better to sing songs which complement their vocal range. There aren't many who can do justice to the unique voice of Donny Hathaway or Whitney Houston etc.
Children's Programs

Service and Staff

Room Steward Gusti was great, Diana in the buffet area was exceptional, i was there with my recently disabled sister and Diana was a God send with helping simply get food to the table etc.
Ship Quality

Cleanliness of hard surfaces i.e. tables, rails was above board; however the areas with carpets i.e.theater, rooms need to be fumigated for mites/bugs. i have several bug bites on my lower legs and arms. the exposed body part from wearing shorts/tank tops

Unfortunately, do to my sister's recent health issues i had to change our travel plans from an earlier cruise date, although the travel agent was very accommodating with the late minute change, the room was way too small for 3 adults, a walker and wheelchair. I had called to let the carnival know my sister would need a wheelchair and safety rails in the shower. the second day of our trip I was shocked and frightened to find that my sister (who had a stroke in February and now has mobility and balance limitations) had fallen in the shower and spent scrambling on the wet floor to get up, it took both my niece and myself to get her on her feet. Later that night she had also fell out of the bed. I was also shocked to find that I had to sleep on the top bunk which also felt like being in a coffin.
Ship tip
Make sure you have the room that will accommodate your immediate needs
