Review summary

Carnival Freedom June 9th 2018 was our first cruise, our son graduated high school and wanted to go so we booked a balcony room on deck 6, the only complaint I had was when we 1st went to are room the bathroom had a smell of urine but I call the steward and he came right away and cleaned it thoroughly. Everything from the ship to the staff was perfect after that.

Good on you for having the problem fixed then moving on to start your vacation ...a lot of people come home then complain after things spoil there vacation.. silly when it can be fixed the cabin staff are under extreme pressure and I suppose cut corners to try to make up time no only having Diamond, Platinum that have rooms ready but now the extra pressure of having rooms ready for FTTF ... That's awesome that you were able to take your son on a cruise it will be something he will always remember I'm sure ... Happy cruising 😎
