Review summary

Our first cruise was on the Freedom, June 2017. While coming aboard we were awe struck. Since we were among the first that boarded we decided to explore the ship. It took a full day to get our bearings and soon realized that stairs were going to be involved no matter where you went. Some decks you have to go up or down to get to the other end of the ship. Entertainment was very very good! The sun king restaurant was very good. Not impressed with elegant night so we don't do elegant nights any more. Lido deck buffets were about on par with Golden Corral. Guy's burgers was good. The deli was very good and the omlette station was second to none. The staff was outstanding. From our room steward to the waiters. Everyone greeted you with a smile. We used guest services twice. Very professional and hard working. We had an Aft premium visit cabin with wrap around balcony. Balcony was totally over the top. Spent a lot of time out there. Room was great but did not have a couch. Views were stunning from the back. We loved the movement of the ship in the back. We loved freedom so much we have three more cruises booked on her.
