The picture place lost all of our pictures. We looked for our pictures for over 3 hours, and the staff was kind enough to look, but didn't find any. Dissatisfied!!! Our memories we're lost

It's to late now but maybe this can help someone in the future. We couldn't find some of ours on the Valor this past January and talked to two different people and they found them on the computer and printed them off.

Yes, because you had a photographer following you around 24/7 the whole time. You’ll be ok....I promise...

Didn't you take any picture on your own? And I'm sure it's disappointing (I'm guessing, 'cause we never have our pictures taken on or off the ship), but to say your memories were lost? Kind of extreme.
