It had been a long time since we had sailed Carnival Cruise Lines, and thought it had just become a party ship; however, it was very nice. You can party if you like OR not! We will definitely cruise Carnival again, and if it's Freedom, we'll do that, too! We had a great time!!!

The food in the dining room was delicious!!! We didn't try the specialty restaurants. The buffets were also good and plenty of lines so they all went fairly fast. I wish the dessert bar had had some sugar-free and gluten free items on it like the Princess lines, but it was all sugar. The only thing I saw sugar-free was the syrup for the breakfast pancakes. Maybe I should have asked. We were very pleased with the eating situation though!

The shows were just okay. The music and sound system is SO loud!!!!!!!!!!!! We walked out of a fairly good show because the music was way too loud in the Victoriana Main Lounge.

We loved our cabin! It was very comfortable; the size was just right, and the cleanliness was top notch! The closet space was incredible as well as many other storage spaces! The mini-fridge worked well, also. Our balcony was lovely, although when it rained any, water stood in places. The sliding balcony door has to be pushed out toward the balcony somewhat to open with any ease, but it wasn't a problem for us. We had read a review about it, so we knew what to do.
The port part was very commercial; however, that's what you expect. We took a tour outside of Carnival Cruise Line. Took a Dune Buggy tour of the island which we enjoyed.
Yes I’m glad you had an awesome cruise people keep on saying its only a party boat don’t go on as all is drunk well i hope they read your post .. we have never thought of Carnival as we have never had that experience.. thank u for your review !!!!!
