Review summary

The overall experience was amazing. Before setting sail, I was a little anxious, but once I got onboard, I was surprised by the level of hospitality the staff had and how much there was to do! It was a great experience for my family and I We are already looking at cruising again!

Embarkation

Since we were Priority Guests and our daughters were signed up for Faster to the Fun, the embarkation process was a breeze. We were on the Lido Deck sipping on rum punches before 12:00 p.m. with an arrival time to the terminal of 11:30 a.m.!

Food and Dining

Overall the food was good. I really enjoyed Guy's Burgers and the breakfast buffet each morning. I loved the guava passion juice!!!!

The adult pools were peaceful and relaxing.

We really enjoyed the shows we caught - Heart of Soul, Hasbro Game Show and Lip Sync Battle! Also, enjoyed playing Bingo.

Service and Staff

Our Room Steward, Ron, was very attentive and accommodating! He made our first cruise very easy! If there was a question or request, he was there. He even brought a little late night snack for us and gave my husband a pre-birthday package!!!!

Cabin was roomy and great balcony!

Ship tip

I would suggest strictly enforcing the "cover-up" rules for those entering the restaurants and any area away from the pools. There were not many who did not adhere, but for those who did break the policy, it was distracting.
