Review summary

I was so excited to book this cruise through American Airlines, but once you are on-board, American does nothing for you.  Guest Services on Carnival tells you that they have to get back in touch with American Airlines (3rd party booking source), then they never reply.  I will never book another cruise through American Airlines.  Love flying American Airlines, but will NEVER book a cruise again through them.  I will go straight to Carnival.

Since we were traveling with two adult children, we had a cabin with two Pullmans. The Pullmans worked great. The only thing is, if you have Housekeeping push the twin beds together, you have ABSOLUTELY no room to move around in the room b/c the Pullmans stay pulled down the entire cruise. With this said, my husband and I slept on twin beds separated and not as a king size bed.

Ship tip

The Carnival Freedom was nice, just would never book through American Airlines (or their 3rd party vendor) again.

We always book directly through Carnival. They are great to work with and easy to work with. Plus, watch for price drops on your booking and call them; they will give you credit for the difference!
