Review summary

We experienced a lot of rough waters. We were not able to dock at Jamaica. I didn't understand because 2 other carnival cruise ships were able to dock. I do understand the waters were rough but why did the other 2 carnival ships able to dock.

The rest of the ship experience was fun and exciting. I really liked the hospitality of our waiter and waitress. Lots to do on the ship to keep my family entertained.

Room Service was not that good. They were very inconsistent in cleaning the room. They told me they would clean it everyday at 830a. I made sure I was out of the room by then but when I returned my room was not cleaned. They even missed a whole day without cleaning my room.
