Review summary

At the crusie, they would offer you things without saying if it is complementary or not. And I not talking about fancy stuff, stupid things like a welcome drink, coupon booklet etc for which they charged me for.

On top of everything, they make you pay $84/person service gratuity.

Lisatx that is what we do also.. But we always tip. On the last night we leave our tip with the head waiter and with the head person over the staff who takes care of your room.. Always fun to tip them and thank them personally.. Love it. They make your vacation!!

I always have my gratuity taken OFF my bill immediately when I board the ship and the customer service opens. They will give you envelopes for personally tipping who you want, which is what I do. Who knows who gets the gratuity when they tack it on your bill. I tip directly. Especially the crew who work Kid Carnival. My kids loved the experience and I tipped accordingky
