Time well remembered

Sail Date: July 11, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

The ship itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and was well prepared for the vacationing passengers. Everything was "beautiful".

Pros: The hospitality

Cons: the day we disembarked and the cruise came to an end

Recommends Carnival Freedom? Yes!

Ship Quality
After the first day, we were "old hands" and found our way around with ease. The public areas were without fault.
Food and Dining
Overwhelming. The menus, the variety, the dining staff in the buffet areas, and the gloriious views. In the dining rooms, the waiters were impecable. Polite, helpful, and very professional.... and everybogy had a smile. Amazing!
Cabin / Stateroom
Fresh and clean every time we walked in. The staff was there, cleaned and you hardly ever see them. But they left the calling cards. The towel sculptures were "out of sight!"
Service and Staff
Everyone was helpful and attentive. Like we were the only passengers on board.
Entertainment
The carabet shows rivalled some I have seen on Broadway.
Children's Programs
We had a teen daughter and her best friend along. hey had no complaints. Thouroughly enjoyed themselves.
Key West, Florida
Lov4ed it. Hadn't been there in 36 years. What a time. The conch fritters were the best ever.
Don't Miss: The conch Fritter house.
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
It is a beautiful country. The people were warm and friendly.
Don't Miss: Drinkingthe coconut water au' natural.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Firsttime visitor. The people were laid back, friendly and as pleasant as can be. Want to return.
Don't Miss: The jewelry stores.
