“Hey, which side does the fork go on?” is a question you’ll never have to ask at a dining room dinner aboard a Carnival cruise… we set the table for you. We also bring to the table a full three courses in an experience that’s filling, but never stuffy — after all, you’re just as likely to catch waiters table-dancing as you are to order dessert. Dessert’s included (along with the rest of your meal, by the way) in your fare. But don’t skip straight to dessert, because the main course is the main attraction — drop in daily and enjoy a rotating menu of delectable favorites like steak, roasted duck, scallops and prime rib. Tip: When you book, choose Early Dining or Late Dining for reserved seating nightly, or go with Your Time Dining to chow whenever the clock strikes “hungry.”

Food was good but i rate this allot on our sirvers and the nightly its show time. A big thank you to Wayan, Attitaya and Lirili for making my family and i feel like a part of the Posh dining family. This was a incredible pary of our trip.

One of our waiters was Edwin the waiters and the wait staff was excellent great food and flavor no complaints, but not everybody was told to take the ball caps off or leave and change when they came in on elegant night or are you or any other night and it strictly says no gym shorts and a sleeveless shirts and no ball caps, so I don’t know what is up with that and why they weren’t made to leave or change

Only had sleeveless shirts and 1 morning went for breakfast and they tried to deny us entrance until we told them we didn't have anything else as our luggage was not there, then they put us in a corner

this was a great dinning experience we were served by Wayan and Kumang who took the time to make us feel like they were their only table they were serving. Great wait staff.
