Review summary

All the casino employees were great. The rude disrespectful steward spoiled the whole cruise. Food was always cold, over cooked or under cooked. The room steward never came back to our room to say he had made mistake. When he saw us he would roll his eyes at us.

We have always gotten along with, and had great service from, each of our cabin stewards. Having said that, if we had the problems you did, I would climb up his food chain as far as necessary to get the situation resolved, even if I needed to go to the hotel manager... no need to tolerate that behavior...
