Review summary
This was our first cruise and just like buying a home your first time out you don't get a mansion - you have a starter home. This cruise was reasonably priced and if you don't spend money on all the extras it can be very economical. Yes, the ship is one of the older in the fleet but it has undergone some renovation and has some nice accommodations. New ship or not, the crew was extremely friendly and went out of their way to be hospitable. I would highly recommend this cruise to first timers because if you're like me you'll be easily impressed. More experienced cruiser will want to move up to new ships with more exciting ports of call but for first timers and bargain hunter this cruise is ideal.
