Review summary
This cruise was our first cruise and it was AWFUL! It was based on lies! They made promises before departure that they didn't keep! They had never heard of room upgrades, we had dirty towels 3 days in a row AND we (as a couple) were NOT allowed a table by the window in the restaurant - you had to be a party of 4 to be seated by the window. People smoke right next to none smoking sign and the staff didn't say anything. These are just some of the issues we had with CCL. We got back from our cruise om Saturday Sep 7th and we are still dealing with them. They have given us POOR poor service and do not want to refund anything, eventhough we have told our story and attached several photos of the issues. The lastest email I got was today and their final words were this: I hope that you reconsider your position in the future and think of us when making vacation plans. Please note this is our final disposition and we will no longer be responding to correspondence related to this matter. So please think before you chose CCL - this is beyond bad service. We will never travel with them again and will not recommend Carnival to anybody.Ship experiences
