Theresa at Century 21 Bar was awesome Isabel at Customer Service was amazing answering and and all questions we had. I was shocked when she remembered me from 7 months ago with a flooded room. She even sent a happy to our room. Crew was so nice ha I got to keep us on there all day on Mon.

Cabin was kept clean but had a strong odor of cigarettes and it was also in an awful location as far as what was above us. When we booked we were told it would be semi quiet and IT WAS NOT. The noise above kept us up every night I will def. make sure to do my own research next time not the the PVP.
