Review summary

Cruise was overall wonderful, relaxing & very memorable. Parking should be addressed & reconsidered, lines too long. Consider adding on to the garage for more secure & covered parking.

Long lines to get into the port. Offsite parking horrible. Arrived at the port, in line 1 hour to get to drop off luggage, just to be told covered parking was full. At the offsite parking location, which is not covered or secured, was not in any form structured or unified; skipping of line to get on the shuttle.

We waited almost 2 hours to get into the garage for only about 200 yards away. Their system sucks there, and it's made worse by the fact that the police directing traffic give priority to everyone except those who have lines up where they are supposed to and who have been waiting the longest.
