Review summary
First Time Crusing and it was such a disappointment. Booked a Cozumel trip and Carnival changed itinerary to BAHAMAS at the very last minute. Boat did not arrive at Miami port until 7 pm and the people at in TOTAL CHAOS.
Carnival did not do anything to appease the anxiety of their passenger. NO ONE FROM CARNIVAL directed the people during the wait at the PORT.
