We took an 8 night cruise in November of 2023 did not want to get off the ship but this time we could not wait for it to be over. I did not feel like I was on vacation which is very disappointing. To top it all off we won the "free diamond" with Diamond International which was exciting but we went to the store and my husband bought a very expensive pair of earrings and the offered to change them to yellow gold for us and said they would have delivered to our room on the ship. They did deliver but it was wrong. They set the earring in white gold which made no sense since that is what it already was. We were already out of port so what were were supposed to do? My husband was VERY upset! To pay so much for something and to not get it how you wanted is very upsetting. The combination of things going wrong made us rethink our cruising moving forward.

Overall everything was good. Dining service is always amazing. There was one time though that a buffet was set up and no one was allowed to eat there yet while the others were open and running and I was not sure why. That was little weird. The only reason it was not a 5 star.

I felt that this ship lacked activities and I was a little disappointed that there was only 1 pool, which had to be drained twice.

Would have been a 5 star review asaide from Tatiana in the casino. She was very rude for a reason that she would not explain. After my encounter with her one time I avoided the casino any time I saw her there. I was playing roulette with my husband and when she switched out with another dealer she excused me from the table immediately with no explanation. I felt that if I was doing something wrong or breaking a rule that she should have explained this to me so I could correct it. I had no issues with any other dealer and we were in the casino every night.

To start I would say that we stopped by Diamonds International and had a horrible experience. We won a "free diamond" and when we went to pick it up my husband decided to buy a pair of earrings. We had wanted yellow gold and they offered to set the pair we liked in yellow gold and told us Joe would deliver it to us on the ship. We were soooo excited but when Joe delivered the earrings there were set in white gold. So what did they do? My husband was VERY upset as we spent a lot of money on them and did not get what we wanted but we were already away from port so what were we supposed to do?! My husband will be calling them.
The excursion was horrible! Very unorganized when we got off the ship. No one knew where to stand or if they were with the right excursion. When you would ask the port staff a question they were very rude. Everyone around us was very confused. They rushed us to a boat and noted that three were missing. Normally I would have just thought someone slept in but due to the disorganization of the excursion I would not be surprised if the were just left behind at the pier. Once we were at the island for the Swimming with the pigs express excursion I felt that the staff could have been a little more attentive. There was this very rude lady who repeatedly slapped the pigs in the nose very aggressively and once this was pointed out to me and I had witnessed it myself I was about to say something to her about it, although hesitant because I did not want to get in to a confrontation with another cruiser, but fortunately the boat came at that time to pick us up. I feel that they should have been supervising more not only to protect the animals but it would probably be better received if staff said something to her than me. We enjoyed walking around Nassau but other than that the whole day was a bust.
This would have been a 5 star except again, very unorganized. We woke early to meet in the lounge for our excursion. No one explained what would happen when you got there. I was surprised that we were dropped off with no instruction to find that there was no food or drinks available and that our excursion would not start for another hour. Why did we have to get there so early if were to wait for an hour. Also to not have access to anything to eat or drink to pass time really was disappointing. Then we heard how a bunch of people got got stung by jelly fish the day before and they didn't know if there were still doing our stingray excursion. I have done this excursion before and had a great time and was really looking forward to my husband having the experience but since the day before was such a disappointment and things were already off to a rocky start we decided to ask to cancel which the excursion and fortunately they were very accommodating with that. The rest of the day was great! Very beautiful.
