We booked the cruise to surprise my best friend it was so nice to get to spend some much-needed time off hanging out, we are cruising again together in September.

Imagination Dining Room

We ate most of our meals in the dining room, the staff were all excellent. The food… well… warm at best. I don’t want to be so negative but I feel I should be honest & I need to say the food Quality was terrible, for instants I ordered the Fillet from the steakhouse menu and it was a very large piece of meat, I ordered medium and this thing was still kick’n And I don’t want to complain but then the waiter asked how my food was and so I showed him and he Apologized profusely and then one of the managers came over and also apologized they took my steak and re-cooked it or cooked it(lol) That’s kinda how it went for ever other meal in there. I feel they could do better i fact I know they can, I’ve been there to witness it!

Service and Staff

I can’t say enough about every single crew member that I had interaction with, they go above and beyond my expectations.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Love the smaller ships, old design where sometime when your not paying attention your on an elevator where you need to walk up a flight and over but that my own fault.
I over heard a man yelling at a crew member because of how cut up the ship is and he can’t wait to get off and go home.
All I kept thinking is is this the worst thing that had ever happened in your life???
Cabin / Stateroom

Our room attended was great I with I could remember his name.
Just a few issues with the room and I went to the front desk and within a few hours all were fixed.
Bed super comfy, pillows were lovely, bedding was soft, temp perfect, quite peaceful and you could nap anytime you wanted.
Ship tip
Buy the tee shirts for St. Jude !!!!for a great cause!
We booked a beach excursion unfortunately that was canceled due to the hurricane.
So our group walked around the port did some shopping and stopped and had lunch at senior frogs.
Because we were delayed getting back to port by a day and a half, let’s just say we all wanted off asap.
I often wonder if I was ever in a position for an extra day on a cruise how I would handle it, you how exciting right??? Not! Nothing really planned on board, casino not open, peoples moods ( they were over it as much as we were)
So no one really cared about the “order “ you were supposed to get off, everyone just got in line with or without luggage.
Port authorities seemed to have taken their time allowing us to start to disembark.
We were finally off the boat at 4:30 and then had a 4 1/2 drive.
