Review summary

Dinner staff amazing, room cleaners really nice as well. Other staff like bar members and buffet and some overall staff in other areas not the nicest, food was okay not the best really. Cheap prices for the cruise so we got what we paid for.

The food was okay, a lot of the items were either hard like seemed old, didn’t taste good , etc. I was really disappointed with the food on this cruise and I have been on many cruises

I have only three stars because our dinner crew was amazing, the other staff memebers like at the bars and nuggets mostly we’re not very nice. You would ask them stuff and they would reply like whatever, didn’t care, the bar staff like on floor seven by guest service were the rudest. We asked for limes to drink with water due to upset stomach and they gave us two and said she had no more and when someone bought a drink she know suddenly had more? Like really limes??? By far the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered on my six cruises I’ve been on.

Room was clean, our room attendant was really nice (sigit) was his name. Wrote happy birthday for my friend, always smiling. We loved him

That’s too bad your cruise was diminished by the rude staff. I hope you go on another cruise to erase this bad experience.
