Good comment about researching. I think I book too much based on price but ships are so different it’s worth reviewing.

Welcome to cruising, it sounds like even if this one was a little off you’re interested in sailing again! I agree with willwork4cruz however I’ll admit that even as an experienced traveler, cruising has a lot of idiosyncrasies that make it difficult to know what to expect (including what your own preferences will be) until you do one. You’ll be better equipped next time and they just get better every time!
