Dining room food not good, neither were waiters? Not the case with our sailings on the Elation...I think some folks just need to travel more and broaden their perspective and experience new cuisines...

Loved the food both times we sailed on the elation this year. Excellent escargot and steamed mussels. The penne maricos is outstanding.
