Review summary
This was our first cruise and we will be going again. The service on our ship was excellent and ship was perfect for a first cruise, not too big, but enough room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The 5 days we were on the ship were great and our ports of call were great. Half Moon Cay is the most beutiful place I think we have ever visited, the water is as clear as being in a swimming pool! Nassau isn't a bad port, as some reviewers make it seem. You do get a lot of locals asking you if you want to get your hair braided or need a taxi, but they are not pushy or overly agressive. Junkanoo beach is beutiful but a little rocky without water shoes. We didn't visit any other locations in Nassau other than the walking path to get to Junkanoo beach. Everything on the ship was wonderful! We never had an issue with anything while on the Elation and our crew was fun and so polite. I would definately recommend taking this cruise.Embarkation
