I have a special diet and am gluten free. The wait staff and the cooks did an amazing job making sure I had the food I needed to stick with my dietary needs. Phillips, I Kadek, and Jumu; hopefully I spelled his name correct; were AMAZING in making sure I had a menu for the next day to pre-order my meals.

We tried to play shuffleboard. It appeared the pucks would not move down the playing area no matter how hard we tried. Might need some maintenance.

My steward was amazing. Knew our names from the beginning. Addressed us by name often. Stopped what he was doing and had real conversations with us. We were on Empress in room 240. I am not sure of his name but hopefully this helps him get the recognition he deserves.

If you are a non-smoker, walking past the casino is difficult.
All inclusive Coconut Cove was amazing. The guide was friendly, Logan. He provided good information about the culture and history. The food was great. The water activities and games on the beach were wonderful. The bathrooms clean and the souvenir shop was nice.
